Step by step

I first take the time to listen carefully to your story and form a picture of your coaching question, what exactly you want to achieve and what makes this important to you. In this free intake and introduction, I tell you more about myself and my method of coaching and agreements around it such as the frequency, duration and cost of the coaching process. Then we both decide whether we see enough match and trust to actually start the process.

The right questions

In the sessions, we explore different parts of your coaching question. You decide each time which part you want to highlight and discuss. By asking the right questions, I challenge you to step out of your familiar thought patterns. For example, you may recognise that you are stuck with something that will not make you happy in the long run. Realising this yourself is already a good step, finding out what suits you better is the logical next step. I am your maa(r)t in this journey of discovery. And... there is also a lot of laughter during the conversations.

How are thing going?

After 3 sessions of about an hour, we look back at what you have achieved. Is the question you started with still there? Sometimes, after 2 or 3 conversations, you have already taken steps you could never have imagined beforehand. You often notice that behind the first coaching question there is an important other question that you also want to get to the bottom of.
