It is about you
You know best what works for you and what doesn't. My role is to ask the right questions and give back what I see happening with you. Of course I continue to ask questions when I see that you are on the right track but haven't quite grasped the solution yet. The focus is not on figuring out what made things not go well, the focus is positive: how can you use this experience to lighten your life again? Between sessions, the coaching process continues. Sometimes you try something out and find out if you have found the solution. Other times you practice consciously noticing and writing down what energizes or costs you. But it may also be that every day you write down for yourself which thoughts are running through your head. You develop yourself in steps, the duration and speed of which you often cannot estimate in advance.

Personal growth & development
If you feel you are stuck in your development as a person or at work, coaching can help you move forward. If you also deal cleverly with the things you are not so good at or that cost you a lot of energy, you will get even more wind at your back. As a person, you grow by discovering your talents and strengths and using them more or better. Coaching helps you get to know your strengths and vulnerabilities better. In addition, coaching helps you discover new perspectives and find ways to use your strengths. With these different insights, you often notice that your obstacles are suddenly less significant and you feel more potential. The mountain you couldn't see over before suddenly looks like a hill on which you can enjoy beautiful views. With these views, you start using new skills and better use your potential.
Coaching towards a more valuable life
What do you find important in life, what obstacles and challenges are getting in the way of you feeling better about yourself? Every stage of life has its own challenges and makes your life valuable in a different way. What goals do you have now and how can you achieve them? Coaching helps you formulate your goals clearly and concretely and clarify what you need to achieve them.
Dealing with stress / balance
Getting to know your limits better and using them in stressful (work) situations that demand a lot from you. Coaching helps you recognise when something takes (too) much energy for you to cope well. The coaching then focuses on exploring how to deal with these situations better. You learn to recognise where your limits lie and how you can make that known and remain yourself. And also very important, discovering what makes you more resilient.

Career and development
For anyone who wants change but finds that efforts are not producing enough results. Coaching helps you focus better on what is really important to you and find ways to take the steps you want in your career.

Leadership development
Discovering and strengthening your inner strengths is important both at work and outside work. If you struggle with self-confidence or self-understanding, a coach can help you identify your own strengths and unique qualities and discover and how to better use them. Part of this includes increasing your influence by communicating more powerfully.
